• Processing your registration for PLATFORM events — performance of a contract / your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending event updates and related communications — your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Site security and statistics — our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Sharing

Personal data is shared with the event organisers (Stellar Business Events and partners) strictly for the purpose of managing your participation, and with technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as processors under written agreements.

5. Retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of the event series and up to 24 months afterwards for follow-up communications, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
